Surge, Speed, Agility, Strength & Conditioning
Explosive Power
The Surge360 Program is designed to train the explosive release you need in the big moment. Instead of moving at a fixed speed it’s constantly changing based on the force applied. The harder you push, the harder the pistons push back.
Safe Load
Surge equipment uses non-weight-bearing resistance so there are never any dangerous weight loads forced on muscles, joints, or ligaments. You can train maximally while limiting any risk of injury.
Full Body Multidirectional
Traditional weights provide only one path of resistance, training your muscles in only one plane of motion. Hydraulic Performance Training provides 360 degrees of unilateral resistance forcing total body movement integration.

Our Summer and Winter Select seasons are designed as a supplemental program that will not interfere with any player’s current team or normal season commitments. The program is designed to give players an opportunity to improve individually with our resources to keep sharp and continue to advance in a competitive environment over the offseason.
If you wish to tryout for one of our select teams, please contact us to arrange a date to attend a tryout. Please provide, player birth year, gender and any important player information.
CAT believes that every youth athlete should be equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to fulfill an active and healthy lifestyle. Our approach focuses on developing physical attributes through a specific exercise prescription model. Our services are tailored to each individual’s age and developmental level to ensure a foundation of movement is established for long term athletic success.
Tryouts & Player ID Sessions
To participate in the upcoming tryouts, all players are required to register in advance. It’s important for players to attend all listed tryout dates to fully showcase their skills and compatibility with the team. However, at a minimum, players must be present on at least one of the designated tryout dates. Additionally, there’s an opportunity for players to participate in a Player ID session during a team training for further evaluation.

CAT, in partnership with the FORT, offers a comprehensive speed, agility, and strength program, designed for soccer players. The program is run by Rory Fitzgerald, certified strength coach and Assistant Varsity Soccer coach at CBA.
